Standard Apartment by Hi5 - Asbóth 15

Very good location.

The kitchen equipment was so bad. There was almost nothing exept cutleries, less than 15 TV channesls, not enought toilet rolls, seriouslly cracked sailing in the bathroom, mirror lights in the bathroom didn't work, no wardrobe into the apartment. One needs to go to another address (6-7 minutes walk) to get the key then back after one's stay.

The location of the property is amazing. Basically in the middle of the city extremely close to most of the main attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. There is a free of charge option to store your luggage if you arrive early.

The property is close to a restaurants/bars so it is really noisy during the night. When we arrived we had a problem with the water heater so we spend day and a half with no access to any warm water. To fix the problem they needed to change the whole water heater which was not really comfortable for us.

The personal was very Kind and he tried very Hard to help us, and succeeded. Love it. Keep the energy!!!

It was very hot. The apartment is recommended for winter than summer.

Had a lot of trouble checking-in. The instructions are not clear at all, at least for english speakers….

Great location in the hear of Budapest. There was a hairdryer to use.

To begin with, we got our keys from reception which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. I had questioned how we get into the building, they responded with ‘watch the video on your email’. I had watched the video and it said to press ‘**’ numbers on the keypad. This doesn’t work. Luckily a lady who lived there let us in & showed us how to get in, using the fob attached to the room key. I wouldn’t have been able to get into the apartment without her help. So to sum that up, the video is pointless and misleading. The apartment… Bed is really small, doesn’t fit 2 people so I had to sleep on sofa. The apartment doesn’t look like the pictures, it’s a lot more dull and outdated. The bathroom was terrible and shower was very small, each time I moved it turned the shower off. The bathroom had a weird smell and the boiler was above the shower, did not look safe at all. We brought our own toilet roll and lucky we did because we would’ve ran out quickly.
