personnel forceur pour consommer, ils rentrent dans notre chambre sans notre accord alors que nous étions dedans dans la piscine entre amoureux (+ prenne en photo ce qu’ils viennent amener alors que y’a tte nos affaires) difficile d’accès via la personne pour vous descendre en bas de la route nous avions mis de ne pas nettoyer notre chambre ça a été fait cerise sur le gâteau, nous avions prévu le check out à 11h45 sauf que à 8h nous n’avions plus d’eau, d’électricité, il faisait chaud et nous pouvions même plus utiliser les toilettes ça reste embêtant pour un hôtel avec un prix assez élever.

Very very pushy. I felt like I went to candyland. They push us to keep purchasing other packages. At least 5-6 messages. And also nothing special was provided even after I inform of my wife birthday celebration on that day itself. Oh well I guess the owner only cares about his pocket. I did complain but no feed back was given. They just ignore me totally. Maybe they only want the rich that can spend. Oh well it's a first and last. Thank you for making my wife birthday an unpleasant experience.

Clean and comfortable. Location was good, a short walk from the main road. Staff were fantastic and friendly.

Le check-out était fixé à 11h. Pourtant, nous avons été contactés dès 10h pour nous demander si nous souhaitions partir plus tôt. À 10h50, du personnel attendait déjà devant notre chambre et à 11h précises, on a sonné pour nous demander de quitter les lieux. Nous n’avons bénéficié d’aucune tolérance, ce qui nous a donné le sentiment d’être pressés de partir plutôt que de terminer notre séjour sereinement.

Stunning interiors. So comfortable and well thought out. Spotlessly clean. Staff were excellent and the in house app was easy to use.

The decking around our pool was old and rotting in places. They took care of a repair for us very quickly when we pointed out a problem area. They seemed aware of the issue and keen to replace the whole deck in a quieter period. It didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Beautiful property they golf cart you up and down the hill to the main road which is where the 7 eleven is some brunch spots and a short walk to the beach. The room itself was beautiful clean pool beautiful deck great bed nice shower. Absolutely would stay again. They also use an app to communicate with the front desk which was very convenient for getting towels making reservations etc.

It is eco friendly so they do turn your AC off when you leave understandably so. Just have to patience to cool the room down when you come back to the room.
