The views are phenomenal. Staff were courteous and professional, with excellent recommendations for restaurant and beaches to visit during our stay.

One comment, was the ACs in the cottage could have been better as they barely could keep up with the heat.

Our stay at Wild Cottages Resort was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience, largely due to poor customer service from the reception and the owner, compounded by several maintenance issues. Upon arrival, we were immediately frustrated to find a broken dishwasher, a malfunctioning air conditioning unit in the living area, and a broken deck fan. These issues significantly impacted our comfort and enjoyment, as we had expected a well-maintained property for the price. When we raised these concerns with the reception, the response was lackluster at best. The staff seemed indifferent, and it was only after persistent complaints that the owner offered a 15% discount as compensation. However, this gesture felt hollow when, at checkout, they initially refused to honor the promised discount. It was only after I firmly voiced my disappointment that they reluctantly agreed to process a refund through bookings.com. This experience left us feeling undervalued as guests and highlighted a lack of professionalism and accountability from the management. While the resort may have potential, the combination of maintenance issues and the unprofessional handling of our complaints made this stay far from enjoyable. We expected better communication and follow-through from the owner and staff. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Wild Cottages Resort based on this experience, and we hope they address these issues for future guests.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff was kind, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. We stayed in two types of rooms – one that hasn’t been renovated and one that has – and both were excellent. The non-renovated room was already of a very high standard, and the renovated one was even more impressive! Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed. Before arriving, we read some reviews that made us a bit hesitant, but honestly – there was nothing to worry about. The experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking to treat yourself! 💫

The breakfast was mostly sweet, lots of sugar and no veggies, and we usually go for something a bit healthier. But honestly, we should’ve checked that in advance – so that one's on us. That said, the floating breakfast idea is super fun and such a cool touch.!

The pool, the villa, the view, amazing customer service. Really delivered what the pictures showed - no surprises which can happen in Thailand! 100/10 for a honeymoon! Our best stay on our trip

Slight bug issue at night

The private pool with an awesome view. The bed was very comfortable as well. Had a shuttle service (8am until 8pm) to Lamai beach area. Breakfast was great!

There was no restaurant nor bar on the premises. The hotel provides the option to order from one specific restaurant in town they work with, which was under impressive.

The property was amazing. The views were great, the property was clean, spacious and a dream to stay in.
