Standard Apartment by Hi5 - Kazincy 52

Very clean apartment. We self-checked at midnight as we filled out all of the stuff on the app beforehand. The apartment itself was bigger than expected. The rooms have mirrors which is super handy as many apartments nowadays don't. There is a duvet for each person. They are a little small, but there are extras too which you can use. Everyone is provided with towels and shower gel in a small packet (enough for one use). The shower pressure is perfect too but you have to hold it as it doesn't extend much. I'm a shorter person so it will cause trouble for taller people. The bathroom did have soap, toilet paper and everything necessary which is great. It does feel more luxurious and well done so that's great. The kitchen has everything you need -microwaves, pots, pans, kettle, etc. The location is wonderful. It's pretty much in the centre for little cost. There are famous restaurants a minute's walk away and ruin bars 5 minutes away. When we checked out, we stored our bags/luggage for free at the office, a 10-minute walk away. Very handy. The people are also respectful and can store from 9 am-7 pm.

Finding the apartment was a bit hard since Google Maps took up to 5c instead of 5a. 5a is located next to the shisha restaurant, the videos they provide show it somewhat clearly. I think that it would be beneficial for them to create a pin on Google Maps so that people can find it easily. There aren't any shampoo or conditioners available so bring your own. There are no condiments or anything of the sort, so if you plan to stay for a while, buy/bring your own. These aren't dealbreakers to me and its just me being nit-picky for those who like looking at reviews and are a bit specific with what they want (I am one of those people haha)

The apartment is really spacious. Kitchen has all the equipment you might need and everything is good quality. Two toilets.

The apartment was not ready at the agreed time of arrival. We stayed for 11 nights and our bedding or towels were not changed, which is shocking.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this apartment rental in Budapest. The location was absolutely incredible, with an abundance of restaurants, bars, and shops just a stone's throw away. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home base for exploring this beautiful city. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Budapest!

Not enough silverware or cups, no soap in the bathroom, and no AC.

There was no AC as promised there would be. The “cooling system” was broken. We were not compensated in any way by the appartment, we were not offered a new appartment, all we got after days and days of asking and complaining was 1 fan. Unacceptable in the budapest heat.
