Excellent location, kitchen equipment sufficient, comfy and clean bed. Plenty of space for two persons. Easy access with self check-in and door passes. Quite neighbors and good air conditioner.

The couch was filthy with visible stains and the toilet was leaking underneath it, so the floor was wet most of the time in the bathroom. And just a suggestion, maybe a simple water heater for coffee (kettler) would have been more useful than the filter coffee machine.

Very nice room, clean and cozy. Everything was like photos. I could choose it again.

That there is no view but not a big deal. Plus that if someone needs an extra blanket or something noone comes to provide it to you. It is self service and you have to go to one of their reception in city centre.

WiFi is good and location is decent.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! It's cold, there's no shampoo, soap, salt or slippers. It was DIRTY and the accommodation was ready at 8pm instead of 4pm. The AC does not work so you'll be cold, there's only one small heater that warms up only person next to it. You get a very thin sheet that's not enough for the weather. My friends and I caught a cold because of this place. The staff DOES NOT CARE. They won't help you and Booking won't help you either. Avoid this place at ALL COST.

Apartment was not clean and was very cold. Heater was with double rod but only one rod was working. No bathroom amenities. Coffee in coffee machine was left from previous guest. While interacting with staff , I felt like customer service was outsourced and staff was rigid and not flexible at all.
