Description said small kitchen, a place to prepare meals.. there wasnt. Just a microwave and small fridge that got stuck on the draw. Pillows were a tad high and hard.. the shower was confusing. First night couldnt work out where the jot water was, finally found it. The next night it was stuck on bath ... the switch need tightening found after a our final night. The toilet only had half flush and seems to be unhooked but yet you occasionally need ti "jiggle" the other button to stop it from running. So just a few updates to the features. And the tv was also confusing. We did enjoy our time in the city but prob wont book again with so many more around it we know are of better quality.. cudos for all the help prior check in though . The owners seem really nice and helpful which making these "complaints" feel Bad for them. But if you dont know you can fix hey. Cheers

Comfortable beds, location, friendliness and helpfulness in gaining door card.

Dusty surfaces, no toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner. Had to purchase from convenience store downstairs.

Central location, easy to explore the city and Brisbane.
