The room was clean, comfortable and great location.

Going through a third party was pretty difficult. I had to ask a few times about check in and what to do. No information was given until I asked and sent proof of payment. Had to walk into the hotel. Go into the carpark to get the keys. Then back out to get my car and back into the car park. This was made worse as it was late at night

In the booking.com it was advertised with carpark (I did use a filter for that) but later it was revealed that was not the case.

There was no breakfast served. Otherwise it was ok everything else was provided and too located at a very convenient location closer to restaurants, coffee shops, cafes food places so breakfast was easy to find.

Just the height that made me worry on the first two days however got use to the place and forgot that I was on the 26th Floor of the building.

i had a bad experience checking in. i couldn,t get hold of them on my phone. the checkin desk were unhelpful because it belonged to the hotel who was seprate from apartments. i finally worked out how to get the keys . only to have them not work. i finally got hold of them to find out they had they had changed my apartment no, but hadnt let me know. i was very stressed by this time. the apartment was very nice once i got into it. my stay was enjoyable after all that.

Location was great, close to where I had my meeting, as well as shops and eateries. The hosts were fantastic, helping with our check-in, parking, and were very accommodating with our checkout.

Only minor things were the very small ensuite, and it was difficult to control the a/c temp.
