Da centralidade do apartamento. Só isso.

No dia do check in ( que foi dia 1, pelas 23h30), tivemos imensas dificuldades em localizar os locais onde estaria a chave para abrirmos o apartamento, já que não havia ninguém a receber-nos. Os códigos que nos enviaram para fazermos o auto check in também não funcionavam. Liguei para um contacto da booking e fui quase insultada por não estar a conseguir abrir a porta quando o erro não era nosso. Desisti e quase nos vimos obrigadas a alugar outras instalações e já era quase 1h da manhã. Quando, finalmente, conseguimos abrir o portão, foi outra aventura para descobrir o apartamento( que não tinha nada a sinalizá-lo ) e abrir a porta do apartamento. Faço questão de vos enviar algumas fotos para avaliarem vocês mesmo a qualidade das instalações que não tem nada a ver com o que as fotos ilustram. Hoje, que seria o dia da partida, batem- nos à porta 2 funcionários( que nem sequer conseguiam dialogar connosco por causa da língua), às 9h da manhã, o que nos obrigou a fazer o check out a correr, quando a hora acordada era às 11h. Nunca fomos tão mal tratados.

The location was good

The service was terrible from start to finish. The toilet didn't work and it took a lot of convincing to get fixed. The check in instructions were also not accurate. The bed was broken and when I asked for a different room, it was basically ignored. The bed was ultimately unusable.

De lokatie was goed. Midden in het centrum dus prachtig om van hieruit de stad te verkennen.

Keukenspullen om mee te koken zijn dringend aan verandering toe. Matrassen van de bedden ook. Geen wasrek aanwezig maar wel een wasmachine. De badkamermeubels zijn aan verandering toe.

Location was spot on

It was a complex way to get the appartement keys. You have to go to a by car unreachable location first to get the key and then find the appartement location again. Then the instructions with all locks and doors on both places was very complex and even with a lot of mistakes in the instructions. E.g. you have to ring a bell and push a key code again etc but thats all not correct because you just need to use a tag. Staff is extremely lazy to come out of there office and just be there to hand over the key. Or hang a key lock at the right location would already make sense. But at the end, ones you all figured it out, the price quality and location is good.
