Easy checkin, clean and well puttogether rooms

Sandi (Sandy? ). Apologies! Lovely lady at check in. So friendly and welcoming. She is very efficient. She was helpful in providing information on local restaurants . And breakfast time. The room was great- clean and comfortable. Great location. Thank you so much.

Breakfast is nice compare from other 2-3 star hotel, Location is near to all the restaurant and groceries. The housekeeper Sherry is so nice and friendly. She take care and clean our room nicely.

In the website it says theres a fitness room, but we did not see that and did not inform us too. The other housekeeper is rude and working shorcuts to clean the room. They throwing all the pillows as looks like dont they like their work. Most of the neighbour staying in the hotel, smoking in front of the room. And the smoke going inside the rooms. They should have a designated smoking area. So that they will not bother some other non smokers.

There is a good selection for breakfast.

The advertising said there was a pool and hot tub, but they haven't been functional for several years.

Acceptable

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff accommodating and attentive. The included breakfast was great, bacon, sausage and omelettes along with good coffee and fruit. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick checkin, friendly. People hanging around outside made me uncomfortable. Could use an elevator. Better signage to make it easier to find.
