It was in an unsafe neighborhood. It was dirty and not cleaned from the previous tenants.

Close to downtown! Currently no provided parking spaces, but given the 6pm - 9am free parking rules, it was not an issue.

Very basic amenities. Limited cooking utensils and pots/pans, no coffee, creamer pods, dish soap (pods for dishwasher, but sometimes washed by hand), cooking oil or EVEN PEPPER?--it would just be nice if guests didn't have to buy oil or pepper and then throw it out when they depart--seems like a basic supplied that should be provided. Also, super hot for late Spring with no ability to turn down below a certain temperature. And it appears there used to be a door to the "living room" that was removed, so anyone watching TV late at night couldn't cut the noise to the rest of the apartment, or anyone sleeping on the pullout couch didn't have much privacy. And do you recycle anything more than plastic? We had lots of glass and paper but were unsure it would be recycled.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Das rücksichtslose Menschen ihre Kinder rumtrampeln lassen oder Türen knallen, kann der Vermieter nichts dafür. Manche können halt die Hausordnung nicht lesen und verstehen. Lage sehr zentral. Fussläufig alles erreichbar auch Busbahnhof.
