No hot water and not heating in the room: result sleep with kids at 12 degrees

Very nice and welcoming stay. We were the only guests at that time, even though it was very good. Thank you for the nice talk about the berber life and great breakfast!

The a/c wasn't very powerful at that time. The rest was very good

Beautiful location.

Not a great experience. The staff was very odd, almost like they were drunk (we saw empty beer cans, but it is a Muslim country, so who knows). We were the only guests, but nothing was ready. One room had no towels, one room had no toilet paper, one room had used shampoo packets. No room had heat initially. After many tries, two had heat. Dinner was offered, but they said it would take an hour and a half to cook. We would not go back.

This is a large riad but we were the only ones there most of the nights. Food was excellent and local guides were offered.

it was cold in the winter. Sun only falls on the property for 4-5 hours a day.

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff.
