My Place in Carson City, Nevada is fabulous: staff are friendly, courteous, professional; coffee and tea service in the lobby 24/7; large laundry room with regular size and large size machines; facilities are top notch. Especially appreciated is the full-size frig-freezer, two burner stove, kitchen sink with dish detergent, clean bathroom, soft clean pillows and sheets and blankets, and a view of the mountains.

Jocelyn was amazing. A true hero. She went far and beyond and I just really appreciate that. 100% Rockstar!!

My bed was a little off the ground. Jocelyn fixed that right away.

I don’t feel the value was there, dog fee went up to $30 despite it being advertised as $25 and no free breakfast. It was clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable. You practically have to walk to the hotel across the street to walk your dog as the entire exterior is all rocks, uncomfortable to walk on. The biggest kicker is we had our do not disturb sign on the door but housekeeping knocked on the door to ask when we were checking out. Ridiculous. Would I stay here again? Maybe, if the total price was $100 or less
