My Place Hotel-Watertown, SD

Staff wasn’t very engaging at checkin. There was no staff at the front desk when we were going to check out.

That it was inexpensive and there. The staff was helpful and attentive and tried thier best to make the situation better.

The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The first room we were given had carpets so damp that you could feel it when walking barefoot and left anything on the floor was damp to the touch. They did move us to a new room and it was better but I think if we ever use thier services in the future I'll request an upstairs room.

Very impressed by the friendly staff, comfortable and clean room!

First time staying at a My Place hotel and was super surprised, very nice spacious and very clean, definitely would come here again and will be checking out other My Place Hotels

Fantastic hotel. Everything about this hotel is perfect. It's so clean and every amenity that you need is available. I was very pleasantly surprised and will be back.
