Espinho Beach 4 Stays with Terrace

We stayed here to visit family 10 mins away so we only really used to sleep in, which was good for us. Nice little apartment for a cheap and cheerful stay. Beds were comfortable and was easy to access. Location was perfect.

There were a good few broken things. Dryer doesn't work, patio furniture old an d broken, nó toilet seats in one bathroom, black mold on bathroom door in bedroom and some mold on walls. It's pretty cold/damp but they did provide heaters. These same complaints are in other reviews so obviously repairs or upkeep aren't being done. Please bring your own towels!! They are now charging us 35 for stains in towels which I won't dispute as I don't know. We have a teenager who uses makeup so I can't say if we did or didn't. They also said we damaged a small decorative plant pot for which they want €4 which I don't believe we did. The bill will be paid but please be careful and use your own towels! Again, I'm not claiming innocence, just never came across this before as we only slept and showered here. Lovely spacious apartment very close to the beach and local amenities.

El apartamento es muy grande y bonito. Está justo al lado de la playa y la estación de tren.3 habitaciones y 3 baños completos. Mi familia se sintió muy cómoda. Cocina completa con electrodomésticos, gran salón. Está prácticamente nuevo. Aparcamiento gratis justo delante de la vivienda. Buena comunicación con la empresa que lo gestiona. Totalmente recomendable si quieres visitar Espinho u hospedarte como opción para visitar Oporto y alrededores.

We had a really nice stay here during our holiday. We were four people, so we appreciated that there were three bathrooms. The location is very central to Espinho - many restaurants within walking distance, and close to the train station. A large grocery store (Lidl) is about a 15 min walk away. Although you can't see the beach from the property, it is only one block away. Don't forget to visit the local market that pops up every Monday. They change the towels and bedding every seven days. And, lastly, the owner was very responsive.

The toaster didn't work. I let the owner know but they didn't replace it while we were still there. We also had problems with the dryer. It turned on (or seemed to turn on), but we had clothes in there for hours and hours and it didn't dry.

Spacious, well presented and had everything we needed for our stay.
