I am happy with my overall experience at your stay. However, we were advised to become members which we agreed and upon arrival in kigali. We were told we were not captured as members of the Radisson Blu family. I am honestly wondering why, we have checked in without any of the benefits and asked to register again as membership. We took a longer period to check in and finally settle in.

I didn't like that my membership as advised dint reflect here In kigali
