Everyone was so kind and helpful

I have been there multiple times before and had decent rooms this time I did not. The floors were sticky and it took forever to get the room cooled down even set on the lowest setting. It's sad that you no longer over free breakfast buffets and you raised prices which is even more sad.

You are hit with a strong smoke smell the minute you walk in. The smell does not diminish as you get to your room. Unfortunately, the ventilation was not as good. While I appreciated the coffee bar, it was similar to that of a gas station however they charged regular coffee shop prices for a button the guy behind the counter pressed to make the coffee. Just have this be open during certain hours instead of staffing it with someone to press the button and put a flavor shot in and pour the milk on the now lukewarm "iced" coffee.

Amazing hotel/casino! We especially liked the courtyard with hot tubs. Great place, total Vegas feel without the crowds

The only draw back was the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hallways of the hotel due to the smoking area in the casino and around the hotel

Stay was very good! Place was quite clean. When we asked for more pillows they brought them right up. The breakfast that was included the next morning was excellent with so many options and very friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend

Everything was great except for there wasn’t enough table space to put things on, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, and the toilet was a little too low. The staff was great and sent someone to help us figure out the tv (the previous guest reset something on it and we could not get a signal). The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and even gave us free breakfast buffet vouchers. Our room had a fun view of the pool area as well.

We were placed in a room right off the lobby that was loud noisy and smoky. Our friends were in a suite for the same
