園區寬廣，住宿區和動物區有區隔，空氣中沒有我害怕的動物氣味，很適合親子住宿。因此次是過年前的平日住宿，園區內住宿客(遊客)很少，不知是這個景點落沒了還是時間不對，顯得很“稀微“(台語)。 另外，園區內或周圍沒有什麼餐廳小吃店，所幸距離池上鬧區很近，開車約5-10分鐘，可在鬧區用餐或買回去吃。
