직원들이 매우 친절하고 조식포함 식사가 휼륭했다. (우붓에서 꽤 유명한 식당이 호텔내에 있다) 잠시 외출에도 방청소가 돼있어서 처음엔 약간 당황할정도.하루에 3번 청소 해준적도 있었다. 침대도 넓고 편해서 좋았다 욕실도 크고 청결하게 관리돠고 있다 풀사이드에서 맥주 한 잔 하기좋다. 위치도 주변 명소나 식당이 도보 10여분 거리.

풀사이드 숙소다 보니 약간 습한 것이 아쉽다

The location and the staff.

Too much noise from the road upfront. Its very difficult to sleep at night. Secondly, the bathroom has wooden planks in the shower area, because of that the bottom under the floor is never cleaned and it stinks.

La chambre était magnifique, grand lit spacieux, des fleurs partout, une salle de bain superbe. Les petits déjeuner sont fabuleux et les repas également. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant, professionnel. L'emplacement est très bien par rapport à Ubud.

Piscine un peu fraiche

Loved how clean. Lovely Aircon. Beautiful unique spaces with gallery, rooftop, bistro, lobby waiting area - all lovely to relax in. Turn down each night was a nice touch as was the complimentary afternoon tea. Freshly made food each meal. Super friendly staff. We wish you all the best.

Hard to beat. Very slight must smell in room but dehumidifier provided. Maybe a small diffuser could have been good but absolutely not essential.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was flawless. We stayed as a couple and felt welcomed and cared for in every detail throughout our stay. The room was beautiful and impeccably maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel truly special. The food was exceptional — both breakfast and dinner were consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and full of variety. Every meal felt like part of the experience rather than just dining. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. The warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality were unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Every interaction made us feel valued and at home. We also booked several experiences through the hotel, including a candlelight dinner package which was absolutely magical, a wonderful massage, a yoga session that was deeply relaxing, and tours that were beautifully organized and unforgettable. This place doesn’t just offer a stay — it creates memories that stay with you long after you leave. We will carry this experience with us for a very long time, and we truly hope to return one day.
