Had never stayed in a My Hotel before and was pleasantly surprised. It was a very nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is completely rude; they don't listen to customer. They do whatever they want. Additionally, they will make serious allegations if they want you to be thrown out of the hotel.

Convenient for my trip

Stayed there 3 nights. Appreciated the comfortable beds. Didn’t need the extended stay amenities, but they were nice. Hotel is quite new.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Lisa was at the front desk and she was fantastic!!

I’ve stayed here several times over the years but this time I noticed a decline in the quality of the room. It doesn’t feel as fresh or as clean as it had previously. The fridge is noisy, the toilet water was cloudy (not sure if it was cleaner or something else..) and the room didn’t smell clean. There had definitely been a large dog in the room because I could still smell it. Amenities are lax (a kitchen with no plates or silverware.. not even paper and plastic?). But the location is convenient.

The front desk staff member was very nice and extremely polite. All smiles and warmth.
