Localização, silêncio e natureza circundante. A cozinha é bem equipada para quem quer preparar suas próprias refeições. O apartamento é arejado e com bastante luminosidade. O check in e o check out são bem práticos. Vagas de estacionamento bem localizadas.

O apartamento fica no 2° andar e não tem elevador. Alguns detalhes fariam a diferença: falta uma mesa de apoio na cozinha. Faltam, ainda, ganchinhos para toalhas no banheiro e ralos na pia da cozinha e banheiro.
