Very quiet, clean room with e/g a tired traveller would wish for: bottles of beer and soft drinks in fridge, water heater for tea, even cutlery and crockery. Huge bed with ample bedding, central heating works well. To get into the building one meets an obstacle, though: the front door has to be opened using both hands: I'd never seen such a mechanism before - inciting the owner giving instructions over the phone to some impolite remarks... One drawback: the wi-fi only works intermittently, sometimes not at all.
