"Very good Management needs to focus on service sys"

The hotel is new so staff training is i process and the services for guests need work. Even so, the staff were personally excellent and very helpful when approached.

"Loved it!"

We really enjoyed the pool, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom door automatically closes unless propped open, so the bathroom can get a little hot. I would definitely stay here again here.

"New hotel generally good."

The hotel was new so everything is clean and in good working condition. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach so the location is also good. The service level was generally good although there were a couple of minor incidents where it dipped. When we checked out we had made it clear that we needed to leave soon for an excursion and the lady on reception still took a number of calls and served another customer whilst in the middle of checking us out so the whole process took around 20 minutes. The breakfast choice could have been better.

"Enjoyable stay"

We stayed for four nights in a first-floor room overlooking the pool - most of the rooms are placed this way. The room is good with a nice toilet and nice beds. The pool is four feet deep relaxing pool and our 6 years old really enjoyed being in it! We took a 2 meal plan - breakfast is good with a reasonable variety of Indian dishes - the dinner was a fixed menu and was nice. There is a gym and reading room/table tennis. The staff is courteous and overall had a nice vacay. The beach is 10 minutes away by walking though a road through a market selling trinkets and clothes Overall south goa seemed tranquil and we had a nice stay

"Hidden gem "

The hotel was a fantastic oasis which enabled you some peace and solitude away from the gentle Palolem buzz! Gorgeous comfy room, lovely bed and bedding Poolside beds where also comfortable We enjoyed the lovely beach, tasty shacks and great shops

Property is compact though well designed, staff was courteous, food was good, it is the only 4star property near palolem 🏖. Overall our experience was good.
