Great place to stay, home away from home. We like having a full kitchen and the feel of an apartment. I also like that they supplied 7th Generation cleaning products.The bed was comfortable. I was not aware that stairs were the only option to the 2nd floor, which was more of a challenge taking up suitcases. All and all it was a great find at a great price!

It’s not even a hotel. No staff on site. Avoid!

Very bohemian. Charming apartment style room with everything you'd need to spend a few nights in Savannah. Easy to get into and out

Location was great, central to everything we wanted to see and do. Studio was clean, and well maintained. Noise was minimal. Church bells rang but were quiet from 8pm to 8am.

Apartment assigned was different from the one chosen (we had deliberately chosen and paid for an apartment with an outside window in the bedroom; the apartment provided had a bedroom with no window). The sofa cushions were wet: we sat on the sofa for 2-3 mins upon arrival and when we got up the back of our pants were wet. The windows were dirty and could not be opened. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Directions for parking and building entry were awesome. Great location!

nice to have a microwave, and coffee was good. Creamer is hard, although melts fine in hot water. I like the design from hallways to unit, and liked having the option to use fridge/microwave/laundry. I liked the entry and code, I think you should make it clearer how to use the directory on the wall, specifically let customers know to locate 'Sonder' first, and then dial 100 BEFORE the code. That was not clear at all.

the outdoor lamp lighjts. The curtains do ok/good job, but not great. If you're going all the way with ear plugs and white noise machine, I would add eye mask and find a way to make room darker.

The location was amazing! Everything is nearby, it was quiet, and comfortable. My only issue was there is no elevator for moving up heavy bags and it’s super minor but every “surface” (besides the kitchen counter) was too small to serve much purpose. The sink was too small, dining room table was too small, the side tables were really small - but the room was large. It was a really nice stay. Would absolutely go back! I honestly can’t find any fault in the property.
