Elevador, colchões, faltando uma boa manutenção das janelas, maçaneta da porta de entrada, ar condicionado muito barulhento, à noite muita luminosidade entrando por baixo da porta de entrada.

Custo-benefício.

Falta de informação e suporte na entrada: Senha de Wifi, instrução para ligar ar condicionado (antifo), não havia toalhas nem sabotene no quarto. Tivemos que pedir as toalhas.

Local muito antigo, sem manutenção. Ferrugem nas janelas. Azulejos sujos. Lâmpada queimada. Um hotel com cara de mal assombrado. Precisa de uma reforma urgente para poder atender a expectativa dos hospedes.
