Price and location was great. Staff were nice and helpful.

The room key lock kept having problems everytime we come back from our trips. No fridge and killed a few baby roaches.

Location was great, 1500 price should have breakfast atleast.

Could have provided a, iron for clothes,and hair dryer

Kettle, 2 very small bottles of water each day, dispenser in lobby for more water if needed, nice bathroom, very accommodating people working there, perfect service.

Water system noice on the roof, so they moved me from 605 to 205, second floor has a ultraviolet bug killer on the wall that makes a shooting sound each time the fly is no more. Some like hard beds, my back don't like it. Big hard pillows, but ask for softer, no small fridge for cold beverages 😢. Worst is a very bad wifi, sometimes not working at all.

New building, clean, water boiler, nice bathroom, restaurants near by. Mini Waterbottles each day and water dispenser in the lobby.

I have never heard so many strange noise from a hotel building before. Got 605 first, the big water tank on top of the roof makes a rather noicy start and stop waking you up, so they moved me down to 205, smaller, so each time you try to pass the bed, my shoulders almost tear down the TV. I'm 188. So this room is made for not so tall people? Many likes hard beds, I don't and with big hard pillows, for me not so comfy. In second floor they have installed a ultraviolet bug killer that makes a very whippy kind of noise each time a fly is no more. The worst part is no small fridge, so no cold beverages.

The staff is great (don't worry if Booking says they denied your request first - we fot it anyway!), being always friendly and very helpful. The room itself is extraordinary comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spacious and in good condition. Overall everything was fine.

TV doesn't have every usually found channels. Bathroom wasn't cleaned one day, even though the rest of the room was.

Clean room, quiet, good location close to restaurants, cafes & bars. Staff were helpful & I was able to leave some belongings at the hotel for a few days while I did a trek.
