There was a nice balcony. The room was quite big. Check-in and check-out was relatively easy, though the security is questionable.

The door knob is my biggest issue with this place. It seems like it's about to break at any moment. Opening and closing the door was a challenge each time. Seriously recommend changing that doorknob. The building itself is old and a bit shady, and the lift lifts are extremely slow. There was no toiletries available.

Cons / Areas for Improvement: * Lack of clear instructions regarding electricity and water usage (manual switches and water pipe) * Room was a bit dusty upon arrival * Bed sheets looked worn and slightly dusty * Only 2 pillows provided, and they seemed old — additional pillows would be appreciated * Towels were quite worn and not comfortable to use (guests may need to bring their own) * No iron and ironing board provided (important for guests who need to iron clothes, especially tudung) * It would be good to provide air freshener to improve overall cleanliness and freshness
