"施設としてはほぼ満点です。"

施設自体はとても満足のいくものでした。 たまたま近くで祭りも開催されていて、アクセスも良かったです。

施設側は悪くないと分かっていますが、他の宿泊者が非常にうるさく、朝方には犬が吠えるような爆音で起こされました。床が薄いのか上の住人が悪いのか足音が酷かったです。

"ゆっくり出来ていい"

トイレと浴室が別でゆっくり湯船に浸かれる。 一通りの調理器具、食器も揃っていて電子レンジ、トースターも有り長期間の宿泊に適している。 冷蔵庫も2層の物で冷凍もしっかり出来る。 洗濯機もあり汚れた物を洗濯出来るので助かる。

洗濯物が乾きにくい 上の階の水の音が響く

静かな場所にあって、更にリノベーションされていてとても清潔感がありました。

チェックインの時に少し待たされたのですが、本当にここで合っているのかやり方は合っているのか不安になりました。

"小樽観光には最適。格安！"

掃除が行き届いてた。 レンジ、冷蔵庫、電気コンロ、食器、包丁あり、調理に問題なし。調味料はなし。

風呂の椅子、桶なし。 タオルの交換なし。有料ならあり。 坂道の上にあり、歩くのは大変。←これは仕方なし。 第一の駐車場狭いよ。

設備が良かった。 電子レンジなど全ての設備が揃っていて快適でした。 お風呂もバスタブがあり、湯沸器も最新で素早くお湯をはれた。
