冬天入住除了空調還有另外提供京都西川毛毯及暖爐，爐具有微波爐及烤箱，沒有電子鍋，有使用洗衣機。

空間稍微侷促，不過預訂時價格不錯，算是物有所值

環境乾淨、房間布置得很溫馨，浴洗空間很大，有小廚房和洗衣機，很推薦買東西回來在房間吃吃聊聊～ 雖然入住時需要跟工作人員視訊，但其實過程很快速簡單，工作人員也很親切地做說明，有停車場和電梯，搬行李很方便。

前往住宿地點的道路和停車場有點窄要小心，一張單人床和兩張沙發床的房型雖然CP質高，但如果三人都帶大行李箱的話空間會有點不太夠，沒辦法把行李全部攤開。

住宿的外觀漂亮，內部的客廳交椅亭以及廊道都很乾淨。 房間寬敞，舒適。

地點略偏離車站以及觀光景點稍遠要多走幾分鐘喜歡夜間逛街的人比較不適合。
