I felt like I was treated like a family member with love

Special appreciation for the meals that were served. We had half pension (breakfast and dinner included) Breakfast was great, dinner was superb, they have a great chef! The pool area is nicely designed with an inside and outside pool. Most rooms offer a nice view over the valley and Ortisei. The ski locker area is modern and also accessible from the covered parking which is free of charge. Rent your ski's through Carlos ski rent and they will bring your ski's and collect them from the hotel afterwards. They will also wax your ski's overnight if you want.

Location is a few car minutes outside Ortisei. (but 2 hotel shuttles are available the whole day to bring you and pick you up, with or without ski's) The pools could be a few degrees more hot.

Sehr schönes, familiäres Hotel in wunderbar ruhiger Umgebung. Frühstücksbuffett mit toller Auswahl und auch die Halbpension kann sich sehen lassen. Saisonale und lokale Gerichte. Alles mehrsprachig. Toller Saunabereich und viele schwimmgelegenheiten. Wer einen Transfer ins Zentrum von Ortisei oder zur Seiser Alm benötigt bekommt diesen gratis vom Hotel. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, in dem ich voll entspannen konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We loved our stay, from the first welcome to the last, wonderful breakfast. The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. The food is excellent. We didn't book full board, thinking that we might eat out, but the food was so delicious and such good value that we ate in the restaurant every night. The spa facilities are excellent, with every conceivable kind of sauna, and an infinity pool looking out over Ortisei. The location Is great for walkers and the town is a short, fifteen minute walk.

It's a shame that they couldn't do laundry for us, but the laundromat is not far away. A kettle in the room would have been nice.
