It is good that the building and the apartment are new and that there is easy access from the main road.

The apartment is located in an area that is easy to reach directly from the main road, which is convenient if you are arriving by car. However, it’s a bit far if you plan to walk to the city center. It would have been nice if we had been informed that there was construction work in the immediate vicinity of the building, and that it was ongoing even on weekends from 7 a.m. It would also have been nice if the host had replied to my message the same day, when I mentioned that I had parked in space no. 4 (as instructed), so that I would have known sooner that I actually needed to park in space no. 3 — instead of worrying that I was in someone else’s spot. It would have been nice to find a slightly warmer welcome in the apartment — for example, more than just two coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The damaged dishes (including glued ceramic cups) should be thrown away, and expired tea removed. The bathroom also needs attention due to visible mold. Other than that, the apartment itself is decent and has potential if these details are improved.

Apenas a ausência de esfregona para eventual limpeza. Se algum líquido entornasse, não tínhamos como enxugar.

Perfect location for our own purposes. It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment. Apart from the building site next door that is a temporary source of noise during the day it was very quiet. The garage worked well, too.
