Great staff. Great meals in the pub. Good location.

Behind the hotel, so easy to go to dinner without having to travel, spacious rooms, onsite parking. Discount for meal and a drinks voucher included with check in

Currently some rooms have no tv which wasn’t advised at check in. Also received a notification to be able to pre check in but it wanted bank details for payment so didn’t pre check in as payment had been made

Great clean room. Comfy bed. Food was awsome at the hotel. Staff friendly. Excellent price for room.

The tv didn't work. Told staff but they said they were too busy at dinner time to check it out but they would have a look later. Nobody bothered to come take a look. Rang number 3 times I was given for any problems upon check in but nobody answered.

The blindsin the room were broken and had bits missing.. the porch lights were on all night so it was stupid bright in the room.. need block outblinds!

We have a family room, queen and single beds. Both were very comfortable and there was plenty of room. the service was excellent. the pub frontage is being restored but never impacted on our stay as rooms are away from the pub area. The manager is lovely and helpful. There is free usage of washing machine, which is an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others choose to stay here. Clean, tidy and great value for money.
