Palazzo Biancofiore, suites & rooftop Ostuni

The apartment was in a terrific location and it was certainly a bonus having a balcony and A/C. The upstairs spa was great, although shared there was only 4 apartments in total, so never had to share spa and the breakfast on rooftop only shared once in our weeks stay. Overall it was a great choice.

The only downside would be the amount of stairs to get to the apartment and more still to the rooftop. It was good exercise though, and fine for healthy people . Worked off all those amazing Italian meals.

The location was excellent

The stairs were not welcome and were very steep and difficult - and we are not in any way physically disabled. The room was adequate ( the bed was very comfortable). The owner was unavailable, disassociated and we felt couldn’t care less.. We paid extra for the jacuzzi, which was then locked up and tied down. We felt we were imposing on them rather than welcomed. So utterly different from the warm hearted, friendly welcome everywhere else we went in Puglia. The owner’s brother, who met us at first, was very nice.

The style of the room was artsy and pretty. The location was close to restaurants and landmarks.

The stairs to the rooms are very narrow and steep. The rooms are quite small.

The location is next to the historical centre. The apartment is in an old renovated building and the furniture is brand new. Nice welcome with prosecco and strawberries.

The information in booking is misleading - no terrace with city views as in the pictures or at least we hadn't access to it , no jacuzzi, no wellness resort at all as it pretends to be, just a small apartment but at the price of a 4star hotel or a price of an appartment with jacuzzi in wellness resort. Too early check out.

good located in walking distance to the center city. nice and clean rooms.

The location was very central so only the walking distance to the very center. The rooms are very modern, the towels soft and fluffy. Breakfast with variety of cookies, different types of coffee, tea, milk… The personnel very friendly. We booked the same date in the evening and they still accommodated and waited us (thank you).

There is no swimming possibility at the location despite the photos as It takes half an hour drive to the sea. The bath in our room was super equipped though divided partially only by glass door to the room so those who wish more privacy should consider it. The stair case is extremely steep and narrow so those with luggage and kids should consider it as well. No private parking however the owner of the hotel waited for us late evening and reserved one public parking lot (thank you :)
