Room No 104 was stinking There is a chamber covered with plastic sheet right next to the window Toilet too slippery No coffee mugs No stirring spoons Need to ask for everything Towels were too dirty

Located in the city centre

Located in a congested location on a small lane. Parking space is not safe for low ground clearance vehicles

Room size was ok.

Though near the market yet the location in the bye lane is not pleasing. No coffee/ tea satche, no cups provided,where as these was shown in the room pictures. In spite of requested for the same no action was taken. Bed/ bedding quality, rusty bath room fittings The behaviour of the staff not in line with the hospitality profession.

Location was reasonably good. Breakfast was good.

Non responsive staff. This is a major flaw. If things are going well, they will be good, but if any problem occurs, it is most likely that they will not be resolved( As an example, I stayed for 2 days. On checking with reception regarding availability of small size towels, they said not available. Then we asked for extra towel. We waited for the same but during our entire stay, it was not given. I have seen similar reviews by customers like Tv not working, no hot water etc, which were reported as not resolved. Hence I chose not to report the problem of TV not working !😀)
