全国的に有名な宿ですが、あらゆる面での改良点が多いような気がします 今後のご発展を期待したい宿です

メインディッシュという触れ込みの山形牛のゴマだれ使用のすき焼きというものをいただきましたが、到底、すき焼き好みの者として到底口には合いませんでした　ほとんど残してそれまでの全ての美味しい料理がこの強烈な味付けで全てパーになりました　勿論　それぞれの好みもありますが… チェックアウトの時のホテルの目の前の駐車場に停めたの窓に積もった雪を除雪くださるようなせめての気配りが欲しかった　気配りの旅館として有名なだけに残念です

"Amazing Inn in Kaminoyama"

Lovely hotel/inn with a very stylish room and our own onsen. The reception staff were all great, but Moe and Sugihara were just so attentive and happy. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice.

The towels could be of a higher standard. Too thin.

"紅葉を古窯で"

スタッフの対応、夕方からでも皿の絵付け体験が可能。温泉旅館でも寝具がベッドで寝やすかったです。また、ラウンジyopikariのお酒飲み比べ3品も美味しかったです。
