Local bem situado com fácil acesso a pé às praias dos Ossos, João Fernandes e Rua as Pedras. Instalações já com sinal do tempo. Faltava saboneteira no box, sem shampoo e condicionador, sem secador de cabelos. A piscina e pequena e tem sauna.As áreas comuns são boas, os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos.Estacionamento interno e fechado com portão.
