Breakfast was good. Location was good, right in the centre of Lukovit town and very close to the tourist sites. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly.

When we checked in, the reception lady put the room cards on the desk and didn't say anything (nothing like your key is ready, or time for breakfast, or your room number, or any other information), which made me feel a bit strange. She was friendly though, so maybe it was just a language issue. When we checked out, the calculation for mini bar was wrong at the beginning but then corrected.
