If you want to spend 130 euros for misery , then this is the right spot for you. Absolutely ridiculous. So bad sooooooo baaaad. I don't even know where to start. Let's start with the bad stuff bcs that's all there is. Briefly , we took the bungalow by the water. Soo far from th reception no elevators no nothing , you have to walk alooot , I dnt mind that but imagine with 20 kgs bags with your wife or mom or family . and alooooot of stairs. we got into the room finally . First thing that Hits you is the smell of the toilet all over the room . TV not working and lights as well. We wanted to change the room , guess what , No phone in the room to contact the reception. I had to walk all the way back to the reception, and they told me there is no phone in the bungalows. I told them like what If I needed something or something not working in the room or what if some emergency happened or fire , i need to call you . no response from them literally. I asked to change the room , she said there was only one other bungalow available but it's smelly as well. Imagine that they know about the smell but they doing nothing about it. We asked for room service , she gave us her whatsapp number and sent us the menu , WEIRD , we ordered from whatsapp. And when the food came I asked to pay with card . The man brought the card machine and showed me the receipt, NOW lLISTEN TO THIS . He showed me the receipt and told me it was 55 DINAR for the pizza and 20 dinar for room service that wasn't written in the receipt. Wich means 37% of tax of the room service. I am a Flight attendant, I've had the chance to stay at a lot of 5 stars Hotels everywhere in the world. And never ever seen 37% charge of tax. Any way I told him I'm not paying that , let's go to the reception. We went there and I asked them to show it me me written somewhere that you're charging 37 % of room service , in the menu , in the website or anywhere.

Les chambres trop Sales , trop de bruits la nuits , la musique jusqu’a 6h du matin . À fuir

L’emplacement

L’accueil et le personnel la qualité de la chambre et de service j’ai demander un room service pour le dîner et j’ai était servie par un agent de sécurité . Des assiette couvert par de papier aluminium de la musique au bar jusqu’à 1 h de matin impossible de dormir avant . Pas de serviette de douche et aucun drat supplémentaire De l’humidité sur les murs de la douche et les joints des carrelage sont totalement noir c’est la tour de saleté et non la tour Blanche je doit rester deux nuit de 20 au 22 Mai mais vue la qualité de cette hôtel je suis partie ce matin j’aimerais savoir si il y’a un remboursement ou dédommagement vue cette mauvaise expérience.
