"Finger weg von diesem „Hotel“"

Wir standen am frühen Nachmittag vor verschlossenen Türen. Weder Booking.com noch wir konnten telefonisch oder per Mail jemanden erreichen. Glücklicherweise hat uns booking.com schnell und unbürokratisch geholfen. Der Gipfel der Unverschämtheit: Das Hotel teilte booking.com mit, wir wären nicht angereist.
