Bem montado (para alugar) mas sem charme nenhum, ambiente frio. Precisa de manutenção: cortinas do quarto se casal, ralo do chuveiro entupido, lençol da cama de casal muito curto, não cobria o colchão. Recomendo adicionar orientação para encontrar o apartamento. Foi difícil achar a numeração na rua.
