Goodin Country Garden

What a beautiful house. The welcome was warm with good communication for our arrival. The interior is all decorated to a certain aesthetic which is calm and peaceful and rather luxurious. Our room had the most amazing view which we woke up to over the paddock with horses to the ocean beyond. We were fortunate enough to be the only guests in the house so we were able to treat it much like a home. We ate dinner (brought) on the patio and spent hours wondering around the stunning gardens. Good quality linen and a comfy bed were a bonus.

We were lucky to have the house all to ourselves. So in the morning I could go and make a cup of coffee in the main kitchen in my pajamas. There is nothing provided in the room at all. No kettle, mugs or coffee. Had there been guests, I would have had to dress and interact with others for my morning java. On a personal note - we like bathmats. Stepping out of a bath or shower on to a bare floor is less than our ideal but no bathmats were to be found.

The accommodation was very clean and beautiful, the hosts was very warm and kind, and they gave me great favor and consideration. I had a very comfortable and happy time here and this accommodation and hosts will not forget for a long time in my travel life.
