Room are dusty， a lot spider web at wall，found bug at bed， and we have to request vacuum cleaner to clean ourself cause after feedback room is dusty cleaner just bring broom to clean，no next time
MYMYMYTotally 0 soundproofed. First time ever i stay hotel and never get to sleep because of the sounds of slamming door, people talking, door alarms and chair pulling sound. I stayed 2 nights and now I’m so exhausted. 6.30am some idiot left their door unclosed and the alarm go on for 10 mins, and not only once, but multiple time! You can heard very clear every noise . Nightmare
