Beautiful room - really gorgeous design and lots of nice little features. Perfect location - short walk to the Beale Street and almost opposite the Civil Rights Museum. Staff, particularly the valets and coffee shop staff, were super friendly and helpful. Buzzy reception area with bar and coffee shop.

Fantastic location for exploring Memphis without being in the crowded area. Such a comfortable room

There was a flood the morning of our department so had to drag bags around the hotel to exit another way, but this was obviously unexpected and the staff tried everything to help
