The hotel was clean and comfortable. Located near a train station and bus stops. Close to convenience stores.

Not many restaurants nearby. We paid for breakfast for the first day but didn't feel we were getting $18 Aus money worth. Got food at local shop.

I had a great stay here and the location and cleanliness was fantastic. I loved how all the staff members treated me so well, especially Ano. He had good jokes and made me laugh. But was still professional. I'll come back next time I'm in Kyoto. The washing machine was easy to use too! I only had 500 yen but Ano changed it to 100 yens so I could use the washing machine. Big ups! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Great location, close to subway station. Very clean and comfortable. There are free shuttles to two popular tourist spots, very convenient. The breakfast buffet was worth it, variety of food and delicious.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Kyoto City! The place is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff are nice, friendly, and always willing to help. I used the laundry room during our stay and noticed the detergent was out—after letting the staff know, they immediately refilled it and even refunded the money so I could rewash my clothes properly. Really appreciated their attentiveness and great service. Overall, an excellent and convenient place to stay while exploring Kyoto!
