Excellent breakfast with very nice staff. Lovely outdoor lobby with lots of trees and plants. Great balcony with view. Lovely location surrounded by beautiful trees.

The shower and toilet were very close and the shower did not drain well due to slope of floor. More bath mats would have helped. There were no towel racks and only 2 hooks were in the shower where the towels would get wet.

Great hotel in the quiet northern part of town. Breakfast buffet on the rooftop is wonderful. The quadruple room was very spacious and immaculate. Pools are beautiful and refreshing. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely architectural hotel in the quiet northern part of Sayulita. This was our 3rd stay and everything was wonderful. The staff is very welcoming and check-in was smooth. We love the breakfast buffet on the rooftop which varies every day. The double room was spacious, and house keeping did a great job making up the room every day. The hotel has pool/beach towels and sun umbrellas that you can use for free. The two pools are lovely, clean and most of the time we had them to ourselves. It’s less than 5 minutes to a gorgeous stretch of beach. Highly recommend this hotel and will return for our next stay.

It would be great to have more loungers by the pools.

Location

Breakfast was not good and we had to eat elsewhere after the first day. Staff didn’t make omelette when requested even though they were cooking what seemed to be an omelette. Fruit was not fresh at buffet. We also didn’t have hot water at all during our stay. We had mentioned this three times. Second time they said they fixed it the first time which didn’t happen. The third time we thought it had worked but then we found out it was not the case, only tepid water for an hour then no hot water at all.

Gorgeous property, spacious rooms, peaceful, relaxing, a few blocks from the beach. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Amazing breakfasts! We loved the facilities and amenities. Pools, yoga studio, massage, facials etc, all delightful. A little slice of paradise.

The suite was nice and spacious, great for multiple friends or families. The breakfast and daily yoga classes were also exceptional. I appreciated the front desk staff person who helped me with contacting a doctor when my daughter got sick.

Try this hotel! Our family of 6 booked 3 rooms, and came for cold Minnesota to enjoy such kind staff, other visitors, wonderful daily breakfast buffets. Outstanding masseuse cared for 4 of us. The one day rental of golf cart (on site rental) was fun, though everything is walkable---shops, Entourage tours, more pharmacies than you can count, and a lot of good restaurants. Open courtyard and staircase allows you to enjoy the tall trees as you walk upstairs to the roof top dining room, yoga studio, or any of the 3 floors of room. No TV, but who would want it when you are in such beautiful tropical area? WiFi is good. An easy 2 block walk puts you in your chaise under your umbrella at the beach.
