If relaxation is what you are seeking in Sayulita, this is not the accommodation for you. There is construction nearby and within the property. Always noisy, dusty. Rooms vary significantly between old and new part of hotel. Not good value for money, there are shops and restaurants a short walk away which is handy. However, in spite of the photos on the hotel website, many areas of hotel are run down, only a few chairs (as in 3) by the main pool. Read all reviews and research before booking. I would not return to this property upon my next stay in Sayulita. Give this a pass. Many other options for better price and to find peace.

Very spacious and lush. Lovely spaces for yoga, meditation and relaxing. Yoga is available daily at a reduced rate for hotel guests. The breakfasts are lovely—many options. Very quiet location.

Although we managed well, there are many stairs to navigate. This would be a problem for those who have mobility issues. The walk into town can feel long but not terribly daunting.

No hot water at all during stay, slight opening in bathroom of our room so anyone anywhere near could hear everything, even if they were at the pool, and we could hear everything if someone was in that area of hotel

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich! Die Bepflanzung der Anlage und Architektur des Hauses hat mir außerordentlich gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer (1. Stock) war sehr schön und hell, viel besser als im Erdgeschoss. Dort waren die Zimmer etwas dunkel. Gut gefallen hat mir die Teilung des Bades & Waschbecken im Zimmer. Es war sehr sauber und es wurde täglich geputzt. Die beiden Pools waren schön und wurden (außer in der Mittagshitze) von uns gerne genutzt. Der Strand ist nah, auch wenn er dort etwas abschüssig ist. Man konnte gelegentlich Leguane auf dem Balkon oder der Gartenmauer beobachten :)

Das Frühstücksbuffet war teilweise für unser Kind nicht so passend. Da hätten wir uns täglich zB Dinge wie Pancakes, Rührei oä gewünscht (gab es an manchen Tagen). Es war auch nicht besonders typisch mexikanisch, aber für Vegetarier gab es mehrere Optionen, das war gut. Es war im August sehr heiß auf der Dachterasse (Buffet). Neben dem Hotel stand ein großer Mangobaum, der im August recht stark nach fauligem Obst gerochen hat (nur auf dem äußeren Balkon zu riechen).

Great overall experience with clean and comfortable rooms, nice ambiance, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Really good yoga classes on site as well
