Location was great, carpark right outside room, quiet for the location, beds were comfy. Good water pressure in shower, very clean, the products in the shower smelled so good and nice on the skin.

Was overpriced for what the room was, but I suppose its because Kaikoura is tourist country. No extractor fan so if you cooked something the door had to be open - not great when its bloody cold (upstairs people set off the fire alarm cooking something).

Compact with all basics covered. Comfortable bed. Plenty of good pressured hot water. Netflix. Very helpful and friendly manager Will stay again.

What a fantastic unit (12) we were upstairs at the rear of the property so it was quiet and comfortable. The room was large and had sea peeps plus perfect view of the snow caped mountains and farmland. The room was spotless and had everything you needed. Attention to detail, down to the supply of ear pugs if you needed them which we definitely did not as it was so peaceful. Generous supply of coffee and tea including a coffee plunger. Excellent heating with a good shower and bathroom. The hosts could not have been more welcoming, they are excellent and we would definitely return as the overall experience was excellent. Off street parking was also a bonus and with easy walk to town it meant you could leave your car and walk into the cafes and shops.

A few more hooks in the bathroom for you clothes.

Tv wormed layed sky open! Out door area very local Cool the host gave us the sheep toilet roll holder!

Parking was very tight

Good facility and amenities. Parking included.
