"交通吃食方便，門戶不全安，浴室設備不足！"

地點真的不錯，週邊幾乎生活上用得到的東西都可以買得到，吃喝方面也非常方便，各式餐廳都有，重點是價格還不貴。 房間算大，乾淨程度普通還可接受。 房內還擺有小茶几桌及小沙發，很不錯。 浴室淋浴無拉門或遮擋不夠大，導致地板都常常溼透，很不舒服。

除了浴室外，冷氣的遙控器根本没有足夠的電量月手以操控冷氣機，我們熱了一個晚上，睡得很不舒服或根本睡不著覺，再來pillow 太扁平且没有多給，這麼扁的話就應該每人給兩顆才夠，所以真的睡得很不好！ 然後，大門完全没有管理，若有心人士或流浪漢要進入大樓做些不好的事，也是完全無阻礙的，這點希望能改善，這牽涉到住客的安全問題。
