Nil.. except the cleaner was most helpful

Access to office n room. Staff were not around n also not courteous/friendly. Room keys were worn n torn. Generally, lobby was unkempt andunclean n broken furniture were still around.

Location, clean, friendly staff

Why do we need to pay for parking space at the hotel area & the rate is quite high RM2 per hour. No shower gel provided even public toilet & restaurant can provide wash gel for their customers use

"I love but some how some nit sastified."

I love the facilities that provide like, indoor playgrond for kids, the view of waterfalls and the best is cheap price but i get the iron in my room with transparent mirror bathroom and lights at mirror ! I dont expect that !!

The fridge inside my room are not funtion, and the playground not really clean as supposedly for kids play. With the broken ball and some dust.

Location is good but the cleanliness is a bit .........

My last visit at March, 2025, the parking is free. Now, August, 2025, I've to pay quite a sum for it.
