Need to include more options in jain food

Location, view , staff and landscaping was too good.

There could have been a small fridge in the room

Overpriced, Not a 4 star, quality of rooms, linen, interiors, infrastructure is very low but the price is similar to 4-5 star hotels.

The aesthetic, the maintenance, the cleanliness and the behaviour of staff.

There is nothing to dislike about this property

It was an excellent stay at the summer house. We were there in July 3rd week. The service, food, behaviour of staff and property was really good. Check in and check out was very smooth. During rain, the fog covered the whole hotel and it was an awesome experience. The view from rooftop gallery was awesome. It was overall excellent stay.

Panchmarhi is green hill station. And i like

In hotel there is lots of small insects which is bite frequently. Which is not suitable for to sit in garden and also sofa in front of reception. Frequently bite by small insects.

I like the location and the view from the balcony rooms. The pool was also good.

I didn’t like the fact that the bath water was stinking and we’d told the guys to come and check on it and they didn’t bother so we couldn’t even shower. There was no mini fridge which is usually provided by the hotel The breakfast options were limited and didn’t taste great.
