The shower had no pressure and the small head for the shower had no place to be attached

Everything. No kitchen faucet, pillows like bags with nothing but air, only one fork and 2 spoons.... even when i arrived at the place, i didnt have any information on how to enter in the building. I send 3 emails, before i arrive, one when i did and one after 1 hour since i arrived...none answered.... i did call 3 times to ask for information on how to enter to the room, none answering. I had to call in booking so i can get information on how to enter. Never coming again in this place. Its the second time this happening.....

Schlechte Beleuchtung im Bad/am Spiegel

Lage ist sehr gut.

Leider war es im Bad schrecklich kalt. Durch das Badfenster hat es gezogen und die Fußbodenheizung hat das nicht ausgleichen können. Auf Anfrage ans Houskeeping wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich mir das einbilde. Man würde mir aber einen Heizlüfter vorbei bringen. Das geschah allerdings nie.

Niente Niente Niente Niente Niente Niente totale FREGATURA

Niente ,risulta che le foto viste della camera sono false .Mi hanno fatto salire al 4 piano in una stanzetta mansarda di 32 mq in tre persone .Ho continuato a telefonare e mandare messaggi ma nessuno risponde.In mansarda sono appartamentini per lavoratori che quando uscivano al mattino presto e quando tornavano sembravano una mandria di buffali .Sono sceso al 3 piano e ho parlato con una persona che era un manutentore ma degli appartamenti sotto che sono di manager e di società. La foto che vedete con balcone non e di loro ,e fatta per prendere in giro le persone .Mi dispiace e una truffa, siamo Italiani e siamo totalmente differenti Mi dispiace. Non prenotate se no rischiate di passare una brutta vacanza..Salire a Piedi senza ascensore ,mi dispiace non e corretto .Ci vuole chiarezza e rispetto ,le persone furbe non mi sono mai piaciute.
